Hi -sche

[edit]

How can I find you on Wiktionary? Got one or two I'd need you assist me with. Stanleytux (talk) 11:26, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have the same username on the English and German Wiktionaries as I have on Wikipedia: wikt:User talk:-sche. :) I'll help you if I can, assuming you mean you need help with some entries. If you mean you need help with some Wiktionaries (e.g., if you're active on a small Wiktionary that doesn't have local sysops, and you need some pages to be deleted), you should contact a global sysop. -sche (talk) 15:49, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks -sche, I will be in contact with you from over there at Wikt.Stanleytux (talk) 16:04, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Genderqueer may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • '''Genderqueer''' ('''GQ'''; alternatively '''non-binary''')) is a catch-all category for [[Gender identity|gender identities]] other than man and woman, thus

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 15:14, 6 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Comment on version of "Attacks on Journalists"

[edit]

Hi. I don't mean to rush you or anything. But you said a few days ago that you will give me some comments on the expansion of the first paragraph of the "Attacks on Journalists" part. I am not sure if you have said anything or I missed it or stuff. Kingsindian (talk) 20:26, 22 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, I'm sorry, I got distracted by real life. I see that the information has been extensively rewritten and split into two sections. It looks fine. -sche (talk) 20:08, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Spacing. Cuts down on one row in the infobox if the reference is a bit smaller. Nothing else. EkoGraf (talk) 03:52, 30 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@EkoGraf: Aha, thanks for the answer. I see someone has removed the <small> tags, and I think that was correct, because whether or not they reduce the number of lines seems to be quite browser-dependent. On my computer, for example, the ITIC info takes up three lines regardless of whether or not the footnote is small:
ITIC: 2,000 killed (54%
civilians, 46%
militants)[18]
Cheers. -sche (talk) 17:45, 30 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
